Program Information

Once in a new country, it’s important to get set up with the necessities of everyday life, as quickly as possible. This means making purchases and organizing deliveries to set up housekeeping in a new place, and we all know how difficult that can be.. It’s even tougher when it involves a whole new vocabulary and customs. Our aim is to make this process much easier by helping to explain, organize and set up those purchases and deliveries.

Program description	Moving-In Services
Course description	This service is for students who need help purchasing and organizing deliveries to set up housekeeping and get the necessities for everyday life.
Level Required	Level 2 of the ALTE (Association of Language Testers in Europe) in English. If one spouse can interpret for the other, this will be acceptable.
What to expect	One of our instructors or staff will accompany you to the following shopping locations as requested or required within a one-day period: Appliance, furniture, electronics, department, office, children’s and grocery stores Shopping centers nearest to your home location Ample opportunities for students to practice English
Placement tests	Every student will need to take the inlingua Placement Test in order to determine the student’s level. This test can be taken at the inlingua office or on the Internet at http://www.inlingua.com/. If taking the test on the Internet, please make sure the results are sent to inlinguaAustin or inlinguaDallas.
Class sizes	Private: 1 student Semi-Private: 2 students
Course location	Private/Semi-Private: At the above locations
Materials	We will provide: A local map with each of the locations visited indicated on the map A list of the above addresses and telephone numbers Written information concerning the times and dates of deliveries

Moving-In Services

Frequency	One-day course, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and on the weekends
Tuition	Contact Us Lunch at a local restaurant is included
